  • WHAT IS HRDF?

    The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) was established under the legal requirements of the Human Resources Development Act 1992 ( currently known as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001). The HRDF is a pool of funds that consists of Human Resources Development levies collected from employers of the manufacturing and service sectors as listed in the First Schedule of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (liable registrants) as well as optional registrants.

    In a simpler way to say, the HRDF was established with the aim of developing quality human capital and world-class workforce in order for Malaysia to achieve a high income economy based on knowledge and innovation.

  • Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

    1. General

    At Samudera Management Consultants (SMC Trainers) Sdn Bhd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through our website, www.smctrainers.com.

     

    2. Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel a service you have purchased, you must do so within 5 days after completion of training. Please contact us at praba1965@yahoo.com with your request. After the cancellation period has expired, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

     

    3. Refunds

    Once your cancellation is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at praba1965@yahoo.com.

     

    5. Exceptions

    Some services may be exempt from being canceled. These include:

     

    • Instances where learners have missed portions of the training without providing legitimate reasons.

    • Cases where dissatisfaction arises due to complications with a different agency. Only issues directly related to SMC are subject to potential refunds.
